The 250 year old Domaine Tollot Beaut has been producing wines for the last five generations. No fertilisers are used, and to maximise quality through limiting yield, a green harvest is usually performed each summer. The grapes are harvested by hand, bunch by bunch according to their ripeness, followed by a slow fermentation of 10 to 12 days. The result is an exquisitely rich wine.

The wine is of a light, shiny ruby colour.

The nose reveals red fruits, predominantly raspberries, and a nice smokiness. On the palate, the wine is very fresh with a minty finish.

Domaine Bouzereau produces one of the best wines of Meursault area. The vines there are cultivated without fertilizer in the old fashion way: quality before quantity. The result is a wine of great elegance and freshness with a wonderful fruitful taste.

This wine is a beautiful straw colour. A rich nose develops from ripe white fruits, through to hints of honey and light toasty notes, of brioche perhaps. In the mouth it is powerful, yet all the while very fresh and elegant.

Michel Niellon’s wines are amongst the best of the Montrachet area. Created at one of the prime locations for Chardonnay grapes in the whole of Burgundy, the wines have a fine, delicate structure.

The wine is a shiny yellow colour. An expressive nose greets you, deliciously fresh with lots of ripe fruits, predominantly apple and melon, finishing on a more mineral notes. In the mouth the wine is light and fresh with a nice balance and fruitiness.
