La Spinetta makes very interesting wines. Despite being a relatively new winery, only created at the end of the 1970s, it is already recognised by critics as one of the top Piemont wines. By the time a new winery was opened in 2003, Barolo Campe was La Spinetta’s top seller. A boisterous red wine for any occasion, it is full bodied and as smooth as silk.
On the nose, the wine releases floral aromas and blackberries, before finishing on vanilla notes and a hint of rosebud.
