Piemonte La Spinetta Moscato Bricco Quaglia

Introduction:

Moscato, a lightly sparkling and low alcohol wine, represents the largest production of La Spinetta. Quaglia, meaning quail in English, sums up the character of the wine: the little wild bird is famous for the tenderness of its meat, and like the quail, this wine is about nature, sweetness and gentleness. It is full of fragrance with a delicate taste.

Tasting note:

The wine is a shiny yellow colour with slight hints of green hints.

The nose is complex, vibrant, fresh and a touch sweet. There are also lots of white fruits, notably peaches and pear. Once it‘s in the mouth, wow, what an explosion of flavours!

You won’t believe this wine’s freshness and how easy it is to drink!

This is definitely one of those bottles to always have at the ready.

Food Pairing:

Traditionally, Moscato is served as a desert wine, but it can also be enjoyed as an aperitif, afternoon refreshment or with Sunday brunch
